Labyrinth X Anan Saigon: Modern Singapore Meets Modern Vietnamese Cuisine

Singaporean chef LG Han  joined  Vietnamese chef Peter Cuong Franklin for a two-day culinary crossover.The feast, which featured seasonal foods from Vietnam and Singapore, was a hit with the guests, who enjoyed the champagne and quality French wine pairings from Thien Linh Wines.

Chef LG Han (Asia's 50 Best, One Michelin Star) from Labyrinth, Singapore will join hands with Chef Peter Cuong Franklin (Asia's 50 Best, The Best Restaurant in Vietnam) in Ho Chi Minh City for a two-day culinary crossover.

Chef LG and Chef Peter, who are both former bankers, share a similar background and cooking philosophy with a laser focus on local produce and the elevation of their respective country’s contemporary cuisines. 

The menu played heavily on seasonal ingredients from Vietnam and Singapore and paid homage to their vibrant food cultures.

This fabulous four hands menu was priced at just VND3.4m++ (USD147++) inclusive of champagne and premium French wine pairings from Thien Linh Wines.
