The seashore gem of Nusa Dua, Ikan Restaurant at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, opens its door for guests and visitors to savour elevated traditional dishes for Independence Day’s celebration dinner. 

Flaunting its speciality in offering Indonesian-inspired cuisine by the beach, the restaurant offers Sajian Merah Putih, a special buffet dinner set against the oceanic backdrop. It is an appropriate way to celebrate the archipelago’s heterogenous gastronomy and natural splendour.

Spearheaded by Ikan’s chef de cuisine, Fajar Kurniawan, expect a sumptuous buffet dinner spread of Indonesian favourites such as Gado-Gado, Bebek Goreng, Babi Guling, Sate Lilit, and a myriad of traditional treats, thoughtfully curated by Kurniawan and team. Elevating the evening is the lovely tune from a solo acoustic performance, making the feast a pleasant way to celebrate the archipelago’s diverse flavour.

The buffet dinner is one of the celebration events in Bali which is available exclusively on the Independence Day of Indonesia, 17 August 2023 for Rp450,000/person. It is set to commence from 6.30pm onwards at Ikan Restaurant, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.
