Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Hervé is the CEO of Nine Indochinese Dragons Co. Ltd, one of Vietnam’s leading luxury seafood distributors, and the exclusive distributor of Kaluga Queen caviar, the world-renowned brand served at Michelin-starred restaurants and royal tables across the globe.

As a passionate restaurateur and former co-founder of La Poissonnerie and Duke’s Oyster Bar, he played a pioneering role in elevating Vietnam’s appreciation for fine seafood culture.
