Vietnam Foodtech 2023 is a comprehensive international event on products, machinery, equipment and technology for the production, processing and packaging of the food & beverage industry. The exhibition would take place for 4 days, from December 13 - 16, 2023 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) - 799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, City. Ho Chi Minh. With a total display area of more than 8,000 square meters, the exhibition attracts more than 300 booths from more than 250 domestic and foreign units to display products, services and modern advanced machinery technologies, contributing to the innovative development trend of the food industry 4.0 worldwide.
Under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, as well as co-chairing units: Training and Support Center for Technology Commercialization, Vietnam Innovation Center to respond to climate change (VCIC) and Vietnam Association of Food Science and Technology (VAFoST) in collaboration with Adpex Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Foodtech 2023 has officially returned with greater development and innovation, promising to bring many opportunities to exchange, connect and promote the growth of the food industry through a focus on machinery technology.
Along with the emergence of the 4.0 technological revolution, Vietnam Foodtech 2023 would be a foundation to help promote the co-operation of people and technology, especially AI technology in the food industry.
