There are culinary events, and then there are experiences that transcend time where artistry, emotion, and mastery converge to create something unforgettable. Passion Week 2025, returning to Park Hyatt Saigon from 25 to 29 November, is not merely an event. It is a celebration of life’s highest expressions: fine cuisine, creative excellence, human connection, and the pursuit of beauty.

Now in its fourth edition, Passion Week has become Vietnam’s most anticipated luxury gastronomy showcase and a defining moment in Asia’s cultural calendar. Presented as the crown jewel of the Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine series, Passion Week brings together an extraordinary constellation of Michelin-starred chefs, master artisans, tea and wine virtuosos, floral designers, and wellness visionaries each an icon in their own domain, united by a singular dedication to craftsmanship and passion.
“Passion Week is not simply an event it is a philosophy,” says Mr. Frédéric Boulin, General Manager of Park Hyatt Saigon. “It represents the Park Hyatt belief that hospitality is a living art form where cuisine becomes culture, mastery becomes legacy, and each detail is designed to move the soul.”
A Legacy Rooted in Artistry
The story of Passion Week is born from Park Hyatt’s global culinary heritage. Originating in 2002 at Park Hyatt Mendoza in Argentina, the Masters of Food & Wine program was created to offer intimate access to the world’s most exceptional chefs and winemakers. Park Hyatt Saigon elevated this legacy in 2015 with Art at the Park, celebrating the power of art in community life. Passion Week is the evolution of these two visionary concepts where cuisine, art, and culture are brought together under one symphony of experience.
Each day of Passion Week unfolds like a chapter of a poetic journey. Guests will engage directly with global masters during exclusive masterclasses, Michelin-starred luncheons, and bespoke gala dinners, each choreographed as an intimate performance of creativity and emotion. Participation is limited to preserve exclusivity and ensure direct interaction between guests and artisans.
