Inspired by the Trần Empire, one of the most remarkable chapters in Vietnamese history, the restaurant offers a contemporary interpretation of Vietnamese heritage. Rather than recreating the past, it explores how traditions continue to evolve, bringing together history and modern life through architecture, storytelling and cuisine.

From the moment guests step inside, they are immersed in a restrained palette: elegant jade green harmonizes with marble grey and deep earthy brown, while warm crimson accents from the lighting and furnishings complete a setting that feels distinctly Vietnamese while remaining unmistakably contemporary.

Trần Dynasty continues to guide guests on a journey through time, starting at the entrance bar whose roofline refers subtly to traditional Vietnamese temple architecture. Under the direction of Chef Luke Nguyễn, Trần Dynasty approaches Vietnamese cuisine as a living heritage. Each dish is rooted in ingredients, memories and traditions that have shaped generations of Vietnamese families, interpreted with refined techniques and a spirit of creativity.

Signature dishes such as Lobster with Sea Urchin Butter draw inspiration from the richness of Vietnam's coastal regions, while Chicken with Cucumber Herb celebrates the humble herbs that have long been part of everyday Vietnamese cooking. Smoked Snails with Aromatic Herbs recalls the seasonal rituals of northern wetlands, where snails were gathered after the rain and prepared with native botanicals.
