Vietnam Creative Awards 2026
When Art Finds Its Wings

Epicure Vietnam

For three unforgettable days, Hôtel des Arts Saigon - MGallery Collection became a home for creativity, where artworks found new admirers, strangers became friends, and conversations opened unexpected doors. Through the Vietnam Creative Awards Finalist Exhibition, Art Talk Series and charity auction, art revealed its most beautiful gift: bringing people together with purpose.

A Place Where Art Belongs

Sometimes, the most beautiful things begin with a simple dream. A dream of bringing people together, of giving creativity a place to flourish, and of allowing voices from different cultures to be heard.

From 9 to 11 October 2026, that dream found a home at Hôtel des Arts Saigon – MGallery Collection where Vietnam Creative Awards 2026 brought together artists, collectors, cultural voices and friends for three days filled with discovery, meaningful conversations and generosity.

Under the theme Creative Voices Beyond Borders, the hotel became more than a place to exhibit art. It became a place to belong.

When Art Meets the Heart

The journey began on 9 October with the Finalist Exhibition, transforming the hotel's spaces into a living gallery. From the lobby lounge to Café des Beaux Arts and on the wall and art’s panels of the Ballroom, giving you the feeling of warm, intimate, private and welcome like coming home.

Artworks quietly entered the rhythm of everyday life. A painting caught someone's eye over coffee. A sculpture invited a closer look. A photograph awakened a memory. And somewhere between admiration and curiosity, conversations began.

Behind every creation was a story waiting to be discovered: of courage, imagination, cultural identity and the deeply personal journey of an artist.

Perhaps the greatest beauty of the exhibition was not simply seeing extraordinary works, but witnessing the moment an artwork found someone who truly connected with it.

Conversations That Stay With Us

Over two mornings, Breakfast with the Artists invited guests to look beyond the canvas and discover the people, emotions and ideas shaping today's creative world.

Across four Art Talks, artists, collectors and cultural professionals reflected on Vietnam's creative renaissance, artistic identity, the meaning of collecting and the evolving relationship between art and hospitality.

There were questions without simple answers, different perspectives and stories told with remarkable openness.

Yet the most meaningful exchanges often happened after the discussions ended, when conversations continued over coffee, strangers became acquaintances, and new friendships quietly took shape.

Because art does not always need agreement. Sometimes, it simply needs someone willing to listen.

The Beauty of Giving

On the evening of 10 October, creativity found an even deeper purpose.

At The Albion by Kirk Westaway, Beyond the Frame-Charity Dinner & Art Auction brought artists, collectors and supporters together in an intimate evening dedicated to Breast Cancer Network Vietnam (BCNV).

Through live and silent auctions, works of art became gestures of kindness, carrying hope beyond the hands of their creators.

It was a reminder that the true value of art cannot always be measured by a price or a place in a collection. Sometimes, its greatest value lies in what it gives back. And perhaps that is when art becomes most beautiful: when creativity meets compassion.

The Beginning of Something Beautiful

As the weekend drew to a close, what remained was more than memories of artworks, inspiring discussions or a beautiful evening.

It was the warmth of new friendships, the courage of artists sharing their dreams, the generosity of those who believed in them, and the feeling that something meaningful had begun.

As Vietnam Creative Awards 2026 moves towards its Awards Gala on 16 October, its founding vision feels more alive than ever:

A place to be seen. A voice to be heard. A dream to have wings.

We have planted the first seeds. Now, we wait for the flowers to bloom. And perhaps, one day, we will look back and realise that this was where so many beautiful journeys first began.
