Le Bristol Paris Prepares Winter Wonderland of Gourmet Indulgence

As the long-awaited holiday season draws nearer, the makers behind Le Bristol Paris are preparing a festive celebration like no other, complete with the art and craft of French gastronomy. Tis the season to spoil your loved ones at this lavish property, where unique gifts and experiences are in store to fill you with holiday cheer.

This year, in a feast for all five senses, the Palace hotel will be decorated to the nines by the illustrious Studio Björg. From the scintillating facade to the elegant lobby and corridors, an artistic winterscape of red, white and gold transforms the venue into a romantic winter wonderland.

Christmas trees and wreaths intertwine with the majestic ‘tree of life’ at the lobby’s central table, and sculptor Ulderico Pinfildi’s bespoke Neapolitan nativity scene imbues the dining room with the spirit of holiday tradition.

Come for the festive season, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, and Le Bristol Paris’ restaurants will elevate the season’s most sought after dishes for your enjoyment. At Epicure, Chef Eric Frenchon’s two 8-course feasts will unveil a gastronomic symphony showcasing either black and white truffles or Sologne caviar alongside signature dishes reimagined for the holidays.

At 114 Faubourg, the festive season menus are six courses each, and highlight the finest of authentic French classics, with a festive touch.

Also debuting this upcoming season, Pastry chef Yu Tanaka’s first annual Yule Log dessert is a work of art in white and red that serves five to six people. Contrasting to the traditional chocolate delight, the chef’s version consists of a smooth almond mousse, crunchy almond biscuit, the pleasing acidity of pink grapefruit gel and a floral infusion from candied rose petals. A delicate flourish of meringue tops it all off, in a sumptuous treat for the family.

Furthermore, your holiday experience shouldn’t end when you leave the doors of the Palace hotel, as you can bring the spirit of Christmas home with you as gifts to give your loved ones. Why not treat your nearest and dearest to a day of pampering at the spa, where they can indulge in a ‘Skin Caviar’ treatment, offering unparalleled hydration for a radiant glow that shines long after you’ve left the spa's doors.

For the first time ever, Le Bristol Paris has also created a custom advent calendar to instill you with enthusiasm as each day passes until Christmas. Bringing the hotel’s facade to life in drawings, each window reveals a premium chocolate treat personally made by Chef Johan Giacchetti and his team at Le Bristol’s chocolaterie.

To complete the take-home experience offered, the team at L'Epicerie des Ateliers du Bristol has also lovingly put together two unique gift boxes full of French delicacies. The ‘Christmas in Paris’ box features a bottle of Alfred Gratien Champagne and an array of homemade delights to adorn the holiday table.

For the sweet tooth, the ‘Sweet Epicerie’ box is filled with an elegant mix of traditional sweets such as stollen, a fruit jam of choice, honey and more. A treasured tribute to the hotel’s culinary excellence.

Le Bristol Paris promises to enchant you and impart you with life-long memories this 2023 festive season.
