This July and August, the "Waves of Flavor" series returns to Latest Recipe restaurant – Le Méridien Saigon – with its newest chapter, “A Taste of Vegas & Texas.” Held monthly throughout 2025, the series invites gourmets on a captivating journey to explore the world through taste, with each edition offering a fresh, creative, and art-inspired dining experience that defines the hotel’s distinctive gastronomic identity.

“Waves of Flavor” stands out as a highlight throughout 2025 at Latest Recipe, where each “wave” carries connoisseurs to a new destination, unveiling its rich flavors and culinary stories. From carefully curated menus and premium seafood counters to themed décor and chef-crafted specialties, every detail is meticulously designed to deliver a truly immersive experience.

Following the success of previous editions like Songkran Festival and Taste of Russian Heritage, the current chapter, “A Taste of Vegas & Texas,” turns up the heat with a bold, flavor-packed journey from the glitz of Las Vegas to the smoky heart of Texas.

Led by Executive Chef Phi Cong, the culinary team presents a limited-edition menu featuring signature creations such as Slow-Smoked Beef Ribs, Pan-Fried King Crab Cake with Chipotle Sauce, and the indulgent Atlantic Lobster Roll – a reflection of precise techniques and endless creativity.

This experiential dining series marks a strategic step for Le Méridien Saigon in strengthening its position as a leading F&B destination in Ho Chi Minh City. As Mr. Lars Kerfin, General Manager of Le Méridien Saigon, shared: “It is essential to build a passionate team focused on creating remarkable dining experiences, rather than just serving the masses.
