Opening on August 1, 2026, NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An brings Tapestry Collection by Hilton to Vietnam for the first time. Set beside the De Vong River, the resort pairs contemporary architecture with local craft, offering a calm stay shaped by the landscapes and living traditions of Hoi An.

Set within Vong Nhi Village, between Hoi An Ancient Town and Cua Dai Beach, NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An arrives with a name that defines its character. Drawn from “nhà”, meaning home, and an, meaning peace, the resort has been conceived as a calm base for exploring one of Central Vietnam’s most culturally layered destinations.

The opening also marks the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton property in Vietnam. Known for hotels shaped by their individual settings, the brand finds a natural expression here through architecture, craftsmanship and a strong connection to place.

Designed by acclaimed Vietnamese architect Vo Trong Nghia, NHAAN balances contemporary form with biophilic principles. The architecture responds to the surrounding nipa waterways and tropical landscape, while its interiors reference Hoi An’s cultural heritage and the centuries-old craft tradition of nearby Kim Bong Carpentry Village. Locally sourced materials, artisanal details and environmentally conscious amenities bring warmth and texture to the resort’s modern design.

Across 174 rooms and suites, the atmosphere remains serene and residential. Select accommodations include private balconies, terraces or plunge pools opening towards the river or gardens. Curated furnishings, locally stocked minibars and considered bathroom amenities reinforce the sense that every element belongs to its setting.

Dining will unfold across four venues, ranging from all-day dining and a social lounge to a riverside restaurant and poolside bar. Together, they will explore the flavours and culinary traditions of Central Vietnam through a contemporary resort lens.

Wellness takes a similarly destination-led approach. Positioned above the Cam Thanh waterscape, the rooftop eforea spa & health club will offer treatments inspired by indigenous ingredients, complemented by a broader wellness programme. An outdoor pool, sunlit ballroom, two meeting rooms and a riverside event lawn extend the experience from restorative stays to intimate celebrations and gatherings.

Beyond the resort, artisan workshops and curated local outings will introduce guests to the communities, landscapes and living traditions of Hoi An. The location keeps the UNESCO-listed Ancient Town within easy reach while offering a quieter rhythm beside the water.

Reservations are now open for stays from August 1, 2026. The pre-opening offer includes 5,000 Hilton Honors points for stays of three nights or more, late checkout until 2:00 pm and a welcome amenity inspired by Hoi An’s heritage.
