The Coffee Omakase Experience: A Masterclass in Slower Rhythms 

Hosted at 9:00 AM every Friday at BARSON, the session is led by Barista Kiến Bảo alongside guest Barista Bella Thư Phạm. Rather than making straightforward selections from a standard menu, guests embark on a guided flight pairing coffee with delicate canapés. Every element—from bean selection and extraction techniques to the unfolding layers of flavor - is intentionally orchestrated. The result is an intimate exploration where the true character of coffee reveals itself gradually, cup by cup.

At 6:00 PM every Friday at BARSON, the narrative shifts from daytime reflection to evening sophistication. The Coffee Cocktail Workshop invites guests to take coffee beyond its conventional boundaries and into the realm of high-end mixology.

Led by Barista Julie Minh Châu, this hands-on workshop explores how coffee interacts with unexpected ingredients to yield balanced, multi-dimensional flavor profiles. Participants are encouraged to experiment, refine, and inject their own personal flair into each creation.
