Marking over 45 years as the Official Champagne of James Bond, Champagne Bollinger has unveiled the Special Cuvée 007 Limited Edition, blending Bollinger’s signature craftsmanship with the glamour of 007 to celebrate one of cinema’s most iconic partnerships.

The connection between Bollinger and Bond began with Moonraker in 1979, although the Champagne first appeared in Ian Fleming’s Diamonds Are Forever in 1956. Over the decades, they have become inseparable, united by a shared sense of elegance and timeless sophistication.
Housed in a sleek black collector’s box, the Special Cuvée 007 Limited Edition draws inspiration from the franchise’s legendary opening sequence, featuring concentric circles, a gold gun barrel motif, and Bond’s silhouette at the centre. Metallic embossing, gold lettering, and the iconic 007 logo complete the presentation, while the bottle itself carries 007 branding on the neck collar.
The cuvée pours a luminous golden hue with fine, velvety bubbles. Its nose is complex, combining ripe pear, baked apple, and citrus zest with toasted brioche and roasted hazelnut notes. On the palate, pear, brioche, and fresh walnut unfold alongside gentle spice, culminating in a long, mellow, biscuit-like finish.
Victoria Carfantan, Director of Global Partnerships at Champagne Bollinger, reflects: “Champagne Bollinger and James Bond share a commitment to elegance, craftsmanship, and timeless sophistication. This release celebrates our shared history while inviting Bond fans and champagne lovers alike to savour The Champagne of James Bond.” Limited bottles offer connoisseurs a rare chance to own a piece of cinematic and champagne heritage.
