An important event that guests would not want to miss during “The Luxury Intersection” is the luxurious diner buffer at the Tempus Fugit restaurant, served on February 10 (the first day of the Lunar New Year.) Guests will be guided through a symphony of taste, from the heartwarming Korean flavors of grilled beef ribs, spicy grilled pork belly, and grilled chicken thighs served with soy sauce or dried pollock grilled in spicy sauce, to Lunar New Year delicacies in traditional Cantonese cuisine including like salmon salad, Poon Choi, crispy-skinned roast pork, steamed grouper with soy sauce... And of course, the indispensable flavor notes of Vietnamese cuisine during traditional Tet such as banh chung, banh tet, palanquin, and papaya beef salad or rice ball sweet soup, contributed to the completion of a pan-Asian symphony.
