La Festa Phu Quoc
A Mediterranean Love Letter on the Shores of Phu Quoc

Tran Nguyen

Vietnam’s first Curio Collection by Hilton arrives in Phu Quoc as a sun-washed Mediterranean reverie. Rooted in a bespoke love story, the resort blends art, craft and celebration with refined gastronomy, cinematic sunsets and the quiet warmth of Hilton hospitality, shaping a destination designed for life’s most meaningful moments.

Set in the heart of Sunset Town with direct access to the beach, La Festa Phu Quoc introduces a distinctly romantic vision of resort living. As the country’s first Curio Collection by Hilton, the property is conceived as more than a coastal retreat; it is a narrative space where love, curiosity and Beyond Mare, a curated collection of eight restaurants and bars including Finca, Seta, Luna Folk, Francesca, The Merchant, iL Salone and Cielo offers a layered dining journey shaped by authenticity and mood rather than excess. the joy of living well are gently interwoven.

Every detail, from architecture to atmosphere, reflects a belief that travel should be felt as deeply as it is seen. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, the resort’s design unfolds in soft curves, sun-drenched façades and intimate terraces overlooking the sea. The setting is deliberately cinematic.

From its beachfront vantage point, guests are treated to uninterrupted views of the iconic Kiss Bridge, where Phu Quoc’s signature sunsets dissolve into night, followed by fireworks that punctuate the horizon with ritualistic beauty. It is a place that invites lingering, celebration and reflection in equal measure.

Gastronomy forms the emotional core of the experience, positioning La Festa as one of the island’s most compelling culinary destinations. At Mare, the Italian signature restaurant led by Chef Simone, coastal Italy finds its voice through fresh crab ravioli, spaghetti ai frutti di mare and a confidently executed classic carbonara.

Charcoal-grilled rib eye and lamb rack add depth and fire, while peppery olive oils, herb-scented breads and thoughtfully sourced ingredients lend authenticity. Desserts close the experience with comforting elegance, from a traditional tiramisu to a delicately caramelised Basque-style cheesecake, all enjoyed outdoors as sunsets and fireworks become part of the ritual.

Mare’s culinary integrity and coastal charm have earned it recognition as a Highly Recommended Best Italian Restaurant in Vietnam at the Gourmet Vietnam Awards 2025, affirming its place among the country’s most distinguished Italian dining addresses.

Beyond Mare, a curated collection of eight restaurants and bars including Finca, Seta, Luna Folk, Francesca, The Merchant, iL Salone and Cielo offers a layered dining journey shaped by authenticity and mood rather than excess.

The recent unveiling of the Terza wing extends the story further. Conceived as an artistic dialogue between love and creativity, this refined new chapter enriches the resort’s lifestyle narrative, affirming La Festa Phu Quoc as a destination for milestone celebrations where art, hospitality and the pleasure of living curiously come together with effortless grace.
